Conference presenters should be aware that LCD projectors will be available in each meeting/presentation room. However, laptop computers will not be provided; so you will need to arrange a laptop for your presentation. No conventional overhead projection units will be available in the meeting rooms. Additionally, we have been informed by the Hilton Alexandria Old Town that wireless Internet access will be available. The hotel also has a business center with copiers and printers available for use.
